If a purchased product does not satisfy you 100%, you can return it free of charge within 14 calendar days from the time of delivery/pickup, a benefit valid for products sold and shipped by Luqas PC Fabrique SRL. Submit the return form no later than the 14th calendar day from the date of delivery/pickup.
Legal right of return within 14 days for distance trading.
Details about the right of withdrawal:
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a Good or to give up a Service, within 14 calendar days, without citing any reason and without incurring costs other than those of delivery. Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the period for returning a Good or giving up a Service expires within 14 days from:
- the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good - if the Buyer orders through a single order, multiple products that will be delivered separately
- the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good or the last part - in the case of the delivery of a product that consists of several lots or parts.
General conditions regarding the return of products
· If the product is returned and the method of payment was bank transfer, the return of money is also made by bank transfer, and not in cash, by cash on delivery.
· The products you return must be in the same condition in which you received them.
· Products on which unauthorized interventions have been carried out, those that show signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, chips, shocks, mechanical / electrical shocks, products that are missing accessories are not accepted.
· The return is made with the original labels intact, the original warranty certificate (if issued by the manufacturer/distributor) and all the documents with which the product was delivered.
· If the products to be returned were accompanied by any gifts, they must also be returned.
· If you bought several products of the same kind and want to return them all, make sure that only one has been unsealed. The return of the other products is accepted only if they are sealed.
· The products marked in the return form must be handed over to the courier in full, exactly as they were checked on the website when the return was requested. If there are different products in the return package than those in the completed form, after the package has been checked by the courier, the pick-up will be refused.

If you choose to refund the amount paid at the time of purchase and the returned product meets the return conditions, we will return the money to the account specified by you in the return form or to your card if you paid online. The money will be visible in your account or on your card in a maximum of 14 calendar days.
